I’m so glad you’re here! If we haven’t met yet, I’m Raelyn Mosher. I am married to a USAF Veteran of 22 years and we have three boys. I am passionate about advocating for special needs children, working with animal rescues, and reading. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in North Carolina. I am also licensed in Florida and a Registered tele-health provider in Vermont to provide tele-health services to residents in all three states.
I want to help you break the bondage of your trauma, depression and /or anxiety so you can live your best life. I know first-hand how hard it is to work through theses things and life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping you find your way through your journey so you can release the weight you have been carrying with you.
I enjoy researching all things trauma: causes, responses, brain-body connection, and treatment methods. I have found Brainspotting to be a powerful tool in aiding the brain and body to release held trauma. Brainspotting has also proven beneficial for depression, anxiety, ADHD… the list goes on and on! I love helping people and watching them transform and see their excitement when they see the changes in themselves.
I have been on my own personal journey to work on my health and over-all well-being. I love Brainspotting so much I have my own therapist that I work with. I have tried various techniques to improve my own physical and mental health. I will share these things I have tried with you when relevant to your personal journey. The beauty of me being a researcher is the wealth of knowledge I have to offer you! I am always researching and educating myself so I can better help you find the tools that will best suit you.
