Do you offer walk-in or crisis services?

All sessions are by appointment only. Current clients can message me to see if there is an available opening. If you are having a mental health crisis you have options:

Can I be seen in person?

If you are in North Carolina, YES! I now have an office in Goldsboro, NC and I am seeing clients in person by appointment only.

Do you accept insurance?

I am able to accept certain insurances for NC & FL residents.

I am in network with BCBS in North Carolina only.

I am partnered with Alma to accept: Aetna, Cigna, and Optum insurances in NC & FL. Alma would be able to verify your insurance and benefits. Please follow the link below to self-verify your benefits:

Do you offer a free consultation?

Absolutely! I offer a free, no obligation 20 minute consultation. During the consultation, I will ask you specific questions to help the both of us know whether we will be a good fit for each other. You are welcome to ask me questions as well. If either one of us do not feel we are a good fit, I will do my best to assist in referring you to another provider that may be able to meet your needs. What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

There is no charge if you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the appointment time or are 10 minutes or more late, I will charge the full-session fee. We both value our time.
