My first, therapy related, book has been published! The “My Mood Tracker: Understand Your Emotional Patterns” journal was created with my clients, and myself, in mind!
I have ADHD, as do many of my clients, and struggle to find journals, planners, and workbooks that work for my brain. Too much “fluff” will distract and overwhelm me and typically results in me not utilizing the tool I’ve spent money on. Funny enough, my clients have shared the same struggle.
This mood tracking journal is designed to be super simple to use and take very little each day to actually use! On the left side you will find a circular tracker to color in each day and on the right you will find a few sections to complete at the beginning and end of the month. Your daily commitment is just SECONDS each day!
